Concha
A true staple of Mexican bakeries, Conchas are soft, fluffy sweet bread rolls topped with a signature crunchy topping that resembles a seashell. This pan dulce dates back to the colonial era when Spanish influences merged with indigenous baking techniques, creating the perfect morning or afternoon treat.
Empanadas
Our Mexican empanadas are delicious, half-moon-shaped pastries made with flaky dough and filled with cream or fruit. These treats have a long history in Latin America, with roots tracing back to Spanish and Portuguese influences. We offer flavors including cinnamon apple, Bavarian cream, lemon, strawberry, raspberry, and dulce de leche.
Galleta Gragea (Sprinkle Cookie)
This festive sugar cookie is crisp on the outside and soft and cakey on the inside, covered in rainbow sprinkles. The origins of this cookie are deeply tied to traditional Mexican celebrations, making them a favorite for birthdays and holidays.
Mantecadas
A cross between a muffin and a cupcake, Mantecadas are sweet, buttery, and incredibly soft. Their origins date back to Spain, but they have become a beloved part of Mexican bakeries.
Marranitos (Gingerbread Pigs)
A childhood favorite, Marranitos (or "little pigs") are soft, cake-like cookies made with molasses and brown sugar, giving them a deep, rich flavor. Although often referred to as "Mexican gingerbread," traditional recipes do not always include ginger. Their shape and sweet flavor make them a nostalgic treat across generations.
Niño Envuelto
Translating to "wrapped child," this traditional Mexican jelly roll is made with soft, spongy cake filled with strawberry jam and rolled in grated coconut. Its vibrant pink and white layers make it a beautiful and delicious addition to any table. We also offer a dulce de leche variety for a caramelized twist.
Pan Fino / Pan de Canela
Similar to Conchas, this bread is dense and flavored with freshly ground cinnamon, making it a comforting and aromatic treat. It pairs perfectly with coffee or hot chocolate.
Cortadillo
This light, fluffy yellow cake melts in your mouth and is topped with vibrant pink (or white) icing and rainbow nonpareils. Often compared to American sheet cake, Cortadillo is a festive favorite in Mexican bakeries.
Polvorones

I send confirmation and details about your order on Wednesdays for orders received by Noon Wednesday of the same week. You will receive your confirmation for pick-up on the weekend or date specified.
- Orders must be placed at least three (3) days in advance to ensure I have enough time to buy supplies, ingredients, etc.
- Last minute orders will have a $10 fee added to your total. Last minute orders are ones received 2 days prior to your desired pick up date).
- Total (+last minute order fee) must be paid in full in order for me to complete your order. I will send a pay request when your order is received. If payment is not received by Friday (day before pick up) your order will be cancelled.
- Payment Options: Cash (preferred), Venmo, Square, Tap.

Saturday - 10:00a through 12:30p.
This is a strict pick up time. If you're unable to make it please arrange for it to be picked up by someone you know.
